本文通过表面肌电图来比较与分析初学者与优秀武术运动员在太极推手技术动作中的肌肉用力特点,从神经肌肉方面探讨太极推手的运动规律,旨在为教学与训练提供科学的指导和服务。
This article compared and analyzed the characteristics of muscular exertion of beginners and excellent Wushu ath- letes in the technical movement of Taiji hand- pushing,discussed the motion law of the Taiji hand- pushing from the aspect of neuromuscular, in order to provide scientific guidance and service for teaching and training.
