摘要
文章以大量的用户供电统计数据为基础,分析了2007年364个供电企业对全国城市10kV用户的供电可靠性现状,剖析了故障停电、预安排停电(系统电源不足限电及非限电类预安排停电)的主要原因,并对今后提高供电可靠性提出了具体建议。
Based on plenty of statistical data, the paper analyzed the present situation of power supply reliability for 10 kV Users in 364 cities of nation - wide in 2007, and the major reason for power failure and pre - arranging power failure. Specific suggestions for improving the reliability of power supply in the future are put forward.
