配电网自适应接地系统与保护配置研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过分析现有经消弧线圈接地、经小电阻接地及消弧线圈与小电阻合一的配电网接地方式存在的弊端,提出以弧光过电压为判据,采用形态滤波器提取零序电压标幺值,以零序电压为基准适时投入消弧线圈和可控小电阻的自适应接地系统。同时对该接地系统下的保护配置进行完善,配置零序过流保护,可有效避免现有接地系统存在的问题。该自适应接地系统经过试验验证,可实现配电线路瞬时性单相接地故障自动熄弧消除故障,永久性接地故障保护动作跳闸隔离故障,提高了供电可靠性,保证了设备安全。 This paper research on the disadvantages of arc suppression coil grounding,small resistance grounding and arc suppression coil combined with small resistance grounding in distribution power network at present. The adaptive grounding system based on controllable resistor and extinction coil is developed. The criterion based on overvoltage of arc light is developed,and it is extracted that the per unit value of zero sequence voltage by morphological filter. And protection configuration of this system is improved,this system is effective for avoiding the disadvantages of original system. When permanent earth happens,the system blows out of arc automatically then finds singlephase earth fault,the system cuts off the line then finds permanent faults.This method is testified to have advantage of improving power supply reliability,and to have good effect on equipment safety.
