摘要
教师作为"人类灵魂的工程师",肩负着培养下一代的重任。高校教师既是一种职业,更是一种崇高的社会责任。但高校教师队伍中的部分人员,对学生、对同事、对学校缺乏热情和关心,对职业发展缺乏思考。如高校教师"职场植物人"现象普遍存在的话,将严重影响高校竞争力,进而影响到国家教育战略的实施。因此,打造高校教师职业化,培养职业化素养高的高校教师队伍意义重大。本文对职业化的内涵、高校教师职业化内在构架进行分析,并从高校、高校教师两个方面提出高校教师职业化打造的思路。
The teachers are called engineers of human soul and undertake the important task of cultivating the next generation. College teaching is not only a career, but also a lofty social responsibility. However certain members in college teachers＇ contingent have become career vegetables. They lack enthusiasm and concern for the students, colleagues and the school. They seldom reflect on the career development. It must be recognized that the common phenomenon of career vegetable patients will severely weaken the college competitive power and consequently the implementation of national strategies in education. Therefore it＇ s of great significance to realize the professionalization of college teachers and cultivate professionalized, high-quality teachers. This paper analyzes the concept of professionalization, the interior structure of the college teacher＇s professionalization and provides the thought for it in two aspects of college and college teachers respectively.
