摘要
目的:为沙棘油的进一步开发和利用提供理论根据。方法:低温下大鼠口服沙棘油或维生素E后,用放免法测定血及肝组织中环核苷酸含量的变化。结果:单纯低温组环核苷酸含量持续增高;低温同时给沙棘油或维生素E组环核苷酸含量与常温对照组比较,增高不明显,尤以沙棘油更接近对照组水平。结论:沙棘油也可通过对低温下大鼠体内环核苷酸代谢的影响,促进机体对寒冷的适应,其作用优于同等剂量的维生素E。
Objective:To obtain theoretical evidences for further development and better utilization of sea buckthron oil.Methods:The contents of cyclic nucleotide in plasma and liver of rats exposed in low temperature and fed with sea buckthron oil or vitamin E were measured with radioimmunoassay.Results:The contents of cyclic nucleotide of rats exposed only in low temperature were increased evidently.Whereas the contents of cyclic nucleotide of rats fed with sea buckthron oil or vitamin E and exposed in cold temperature were not increased evidently as compared with that of control group.The level of contents in rate fed with sea buckthron oil was much closer to that of control.Conclusions:Sea buckthron oil can enhance the adaptability of rats to cold through influencing cyclic nucleotide metabolism in rats.In similar dose the effect of sea buckthron oil was better than that of vitamin E.
