摘要
世界各国不论政治经济制度如何,在医院的制度设计上,都充分考虑了医疗卫生的社会公益性。医院作为医疗卫生的主要载体,经济利益已非出资者追求的惟一目标,其利益相关者已不仅限于出资者,而是包括政府、机构和诸多社会公众。在众多的利益相关人参与和多极化目标情况下,良好的法人治理结构是现代医院实现组织目标的重要保障。
