摘要 采用高温高压碱液法提取仙草中的多糖,并通过单因素试验和L9(3^3)正交试验研究了固液比、浸提时间、碱液浓度对仙草多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,碱液浓度是影响仙草多糖提取率的最关键因素,最佳提取工艺条件为固液比1:25.0、Na2CO3浓度0.3%、浸提时间1.5h;在最佳工艺条件下获得仙草叶、根、茎的多糖含量分别为40.56%、32.01%、31.88%,其中仙草叶的多糖含量与根、茎差异极显著,而根和茎之间的多糖含量差异显著。 Mesona polysaccharide was extracted from Mesona by Lye at high temperature and pressure. Single factor tests and orthogonal experiment design methods L9 (3^3) were applied to analyze the influencing factors, such as the ratio of solid to liquid, the Lye concentration, the extraction time on the extraction ratio of Mesona polysaccharide. The results indicated that the Lye concentration was the most critical factor on affecting the extraction rate, the optimum ratio of solid to liquid was 1:25.0, the Lye concentration was 0.3%, the extraction time was 1.5 h. Under these conditions, the polysaccharide content in Mesona were 40.56% in leaves, 32.01% in roots, 31.88% in stems. It showed that there was very significant differences in the polysaccharide content among leaves, roots and stems, and there also was significant differences in the polysaccharide content between the roots and stems.
