摘要
通过对《中国有色金属学报》《金属学报》《中国有色金属学会会刊》2004—2006年影响因子和相对影响因子数据的分析,说明相对影响因子可以应用在期刊的动态评价中,并以中南大学地质、冶金和临床医学专业博士研究生毕业条件为例,说明相对影响因子在科研评价中的合理性和有效性。
By analyzing the data of impact factor and relative impact factor of The Chinese Journal of Nonferrous Metals, Acta Metallurgica Sinica and Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China in 2004-2006, it is indicated that the relative impact factor can be used in the dynamic evaluation of journal. Taking the requirements for PhD candidates in Central South University as an example, the reasonableness and effectiveness of the relative impact factor in scientific evaluation is discussed.
