摘要
中国高校体制改革和中国学术体制改革的成功离不开学术期刊的改革和规范。就经济学科而言,现有的期刊评价标准和评价体系存在着某种缺陷,需要建立一套相对科学化、规范化和国际化的评价体系,鼓励和引导一部分经济学期刊提升论文质量和加快与国际接轨的步伐,从而为整个经济学科的改革和发展做好配套工作。本文的工作就是尝试着初步建立这样一套经济学刊物的评价指标体系。
The reform of Chinese high school and academy would be based on the reform of the academy journal. In economics, it is critically important to set up a series indicator to evaluate all the journals in terms of science, norm and internationalization. We try to encourage some of them to improve their qualities and fasten their steps to accept the international academy paradigm.
