阿司匹林铜对沙土鼠脑缺血损伤的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭10min或20min后再灌7d或1d,造成脑缺血再灌损伤模型,观察阿司匹林铜对沙土鼠脑组织钙、水含量的影响,及对海马CA1区神经元迟发性损伤的保护作用.结果显示:阿司匹林铜(7.5mg/kg)即能减轻脑组织钙累积,剂量15mg/kg能增加脑缺血后海马CAI区的神经元密度.提示阿司匹林铜对缺血再灌脑组织损伤有一定的保护作用. Cerebral ischemia injury model was produced by 10 min or 20 min occlusion of bilateral carotid arteries followed by 7 d or 1 d reperfusion in gerbils. Copper aspirin was observed for its effects on calcium and water contents in gerbil brain cortex and on protection from neuronally delayed injury in hippocamal CA 1 sector. The results indicated that copper aspirin (7 5 mg/kg) could reduce the calcium accumulation in brain cortex and that the dosage of 15 mg/kg could increase neural density in the posterior CA 1 sector of hippocampus. All this suggested that copper aspirin has neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury.
