摘要
MicroRNA是一类新的基因表达调控分子,在生物体的分化、发育以及癌症发生中都起着非常重要的作用。应用高灵敏度的预测方法从人鼠高度保守的基因组片段中识别出19条新的MicroRNA前体,它们具有在基因组中紧密成簇分布的特征。
MicroRNA is a new type of regulatory molecules for gene expression, which plays an important role in differentiation, development and tumorigenesis. A new method was applied and 19 new precursors of microRNA were identified from genome sequence of ultrahigh conservation between human and rat.
