摘要
目的:探求"清透法"下方药的组方用药规律。方法:选取古今医案及温病学教材中有清透作用的医案、方剂,用excel将其分别按治疗温病温热证方、治疗温病湿热证方建立数据库,运用计量学方法对其进行系统性分析。结果:药物类别上治温热方以清热药、解表药、补益药为主,治湿热方以清热药、化痰止咳平喘药、利水渗湿药及芳香化湿药为主;药性以寒性药物占多数,其次为微寒药和平性药;药味以苦、甘、辛味药物的使用频率明显高于其他药味的药物;药物归经以肺经为主;治疗温热类温病的高频药物包括连翘、甘草、金银花、生地、玄参、石膏、麦冬、薄荷、牛蒡子、知母、芦根、丹皮、犀角、黄芩、桑叶、竹叶、豆豉;治疗湿热类温病的高频药物包括杏仁、连翘、藿香、滑石、半夏、薏苡仁、金银花、石膏、黄芩、蔻仁、知母、青蒿、通草、竹叶、茯苓皮、厚朴、桔梗、玄参、芦根。结论:清透法用药以性寒凉、味苦辛、质地轻、气芳香为特点。
Objective ：To discuss the medicine＇s composing principle of Qingtou method. Methods： Select the prescriptions with ＂qingtou＂ effect in the koki medical case and the textbook of febrile diseases study, establish medical prescription excel data base, and analyzes it througt the calculate method. Results： In the classification of medicines, the prescription of cure hyperthermia syndrome is composed with antipyretics,diaphoretics ,reinforcing drugs mainly,and the prescription of cure damp- heat syndrome is composed with antipyretics,antitussive and antiasthmafic drugs,drugs removing dampness and promoting diuresis,aromatic drugs for resolving dampness mainly; The nature of medicines is mostly cold property ; The five - wei of medicines is maidy bitter and sweet ones ; The channel - tropism of medicines is mostly lungs; The high- frequency medicines of cure hyperthermia syndrome include Lianqiao, Gancao,Yinhua,Shengdi,Xuanshen, Shigao,Maidong,Bohe,Niubangzi ,Zhimu,Lugen,Danpi ,Xijiao,Huangqin ,Sangye ,Zhuye,Douchi; and the high - frequency medicines of cure damp - heat syndrome include Xingren,Lianqiao,Huoxiang,Huashi ,Banxia,Yiren,Yinhua,SHigao, Huangqin,Kouren,ZHimu,Qinghao,Tongcao,ZHuye ,Fulingpi ,Houpu,Jiegeng,Xuanshen,Lugen. Conclusion： The medicine＇s composing principle of＂ Qingtou method＂ is the nature of medicines is cold property,the five - wei is bitter,the texture is light and the smell is aromatic.
