摘要
当今,解决电子政务中"信息孤岛"问题的主流技术是集中式的数据交换平台,它以"中央集权"的形式对电子政务系统中的数据进行统一的管理。但其功能集中的特点使它的灵活度有所下降,并且在安全上也存在隐患。提出了一种由接口Agent模块组成的数据交换中介,它利用Agent所具有的智能性,通过合理定义数据转换规则来实现异构系统之间数据的交换和共享。此中介结构大大提高了数据交换平台的灵活性,并很好地克服了集中式数据交换平台存在的安全隐患。
Today, centralized data exchange platform is the mainstream technology for resolving the problem of information isolation in e-government, it manages the data of e-government in a centralized way. But it＇s characteristic of centralized function reduces its agility and makes it a hidden trouble in security. This paper presents a kind of intermediary of data exchange composed by interface agent modules. The intermediary makes use of agent＇s intelligence and accomplishes exchange and sharing of data between heterogeneous systems by reason-ably defining data conversion rules. The medi-framework greatly enhances the agility of data exchange platform, and commendably overcomes the hidden trouble of security in centralized data exchange platform.
