摘要
为了解决电子政务中存在的信息孤岛的问题 ,我们根据国家电子政务新标准开发了此数据交换系统。该系统采用了各种先进的技术 ,实现了政府公文安全地发布、转换、传输等功能 ,并在实际中得到应用。
In order to resolve the problem of information isolation,we develop the data exchange system according to new E-Government standard of China.The data exchange system adopts all kinds of new technologies to realize the secure issuance,transformation and transmission of documents and has been applied in actual region.
