摘要
目前,水产品质量安全已成为了危害消费者健康、影响水产品贸易国际竞争力、制约可持续发展的主要问题之一。本研究从我国水产品质量安全现状出发,分析了水产品质量安全的经济学特性,并在此基础上提出了能有效提高我国水产品质量安全水平的对策建议。
At present, the quality and safety of fishery products have become one main issue to harm con- sumer＇s health, decrease the international trade competition and restrict the sustainable development of fishery. Based on the quality and safety status, we analyze the economics characteristics and provide various kinds of effective suggestions.
