摘要
瓦屋山是周公河的龙头水电站,其库容巨大,下游有六级电站.本文重点对瓦屋山与沙坪连溃,瓦屋山与河坪、大石板、周公河连溃问题进行了数值模拟计算,其结果表明在瓦屋山发生溃坝时,由于其下游水库库容相对瓦屋山较小,对瓦屋山的洪峰仅有微弱的削弱作用,洪水到达雅安的时间被延长,这表明瓦屋山与多个坝发生连溃时,下游大坝对瓦屋山溃坝洪水的演进有一定的延缓作用,且大坝越多,作用越明显.
Wawushan Mountain is the first hydroelectric power station of Zhougong River. Its reservoir capacity is huge, and six power stations stand downstream. This paper focuses on the numerical simulation of Wawushan and Shaping dam-break, Wawushan and Heping, Dashiban, Zhougonghe dam-breaks. The results show that when Wawushan dam fails, the downstream reservoir slightly weakens the flood peak of Wawushan, owing to the relatively small reservoir storage, and the time of flood reaching Yaan is extended. It also shows that when Wawushan dam and downstream dams fail, the downstream dams has a certain delay to the evolution of Wawushan dam-break flood wave. A large number of dams make the dalay more obvious.
