摘要
灾级是灾害损失评估的重要内容,其评价结果直接影响救灾的优先程度.本文将突变理论运用到了灾级评价中,介绍了其基本原理并结合实例进行了评价,计算结果与实际情况相吻合,表明其用于灾害评估具有科学性和合理性.突变理论的适用范围广,实际运用也比较简单,是一种行之有效的数学分析方法.
As the important content of disaster loss assessment, disaster grade can affect the relief priority directly. In this paper, catastrophe theory is introduced and used in assessing disaster classification. The result of the assessment is consistent with the actual situations, which indicate that the analytical method is scientific and reasonable. Practice shows that catastrophe theory has the advantages of simple operation and extensive applicability. It takes on wide application foreground.
