摘要
为减少返修作业量降低采油成本,以胜利油田东辛采油厂返修井现状为例,分析了油田返修井的成因,主要包括地层、原井管杆、偏磨治理、井筒、油管、施工质量、抽油泵和管理问题等.提出提高应对地层能力、加强原井管杆管理、精细化偏磨治理、优化井筒材料及设计、提高管杆修复管理水平、建立作业井施工论证机制、强化抽油泵作业管理和健全返修井管理体系等工程措施以降低油井返修率.
A large quantity of repairing work increases the cost of oil extraction factory and reduces its ability in competition.Taking the present situation of Dongxin Oil Extraction Factory as an example,this paper analyzes the causes for repairing work,including problems of strata,original pipe system with eccentric shafts and oil pipes,oil pump plungers and other aspects of management.Countermeasures are suggested,including improving the ability of coping formation,strengthening the management of the pipe rods,elaborating the eccentric wear management,optimizing the constructive materials and design,raising the management level,establishing the working mechanism of pumps and perfecting the management system so as to overcome the above-mentioned problems.
