波导空间功率合成技术

摘要 空间功率合成技术克服了固态设备和电路的根本局限,被应用于振荡器、放大器、频率合成器和控制电路.由于带宽增加的需要和更高频率的采用,基于波导的空间功率合成技术发展迅速.这些技术已被有效用于合成大量固态器件以获得更高功率.本文以功率放大器的发展为主,综述了基于波导的空间功率合成技术在微波毫米波段的进展. Power-combining techniques have been developed to address fundamental limitations in solid-state devices and circuits. These techniques have been applied to oscillators, amplifiers, frequency-conversion components, and control circuits. As demand for bandwidth increases and higher frequencies are exploited, wave-guide-based spatial power-combining techniques have been developed greatly. These techniques have been applied to combine large number of solid-state components with efficiency to get higher power. This paper surveys progress in the development of wave-guide-based spatial power-combining techniques operating in the microwave and millimeter-wave regime, focusing primarily on the progress in power amplifiers.
