摘要
提出了一种新型毫米波波导内空间功率分配/合成器结构,并通过CST软件分析了该结构中的物理参数对结构性能的影响,最后仿真设计了一最优化的Ka波段空间功率分配/合成器,结果表明在设计频带范围内,分配/合成器具有较小的插入损耗和回波损耗,可以应用于毫米波空间功率合成放大器的设计中。
Introduced a novel Ka-band waveguide-based spatial power divider/combiner structure, analyzed some factors which affect the performance of the divider/combiner using CST tools, and simulated design a waveguidebased spatial power divider/combiner worked in Ka band. The result shows that the divider/combiner with a low insertion loss and Return Loss in the design band, it could be used in the design of millimeter wave spatial power combining amplifier.
