摘要
本文用测定Al-Si合金变质度(△b)、机械性能(σb,δ)及金相组织的方法,来判断不同工艺条件下,稀土变质潜伏期的长短,讨论影响潜伏期的因素。试验表明,在金用模冷却条件下,Al-Si出共晶合金用稀土变质处理,具有1~2小时潜伏期。保温湿度升高,潜伏期明显缩短。因此,变质潜伏期长短与变质元素稀土在铝液中扩散速度有关,凡有利于稀土在铝液中均匀扩散的因素,都有利于变质潜伏期的缩短及变质作用的充分发挥。
Through the determination of degencration degree (Ab) and the mechanical proper-ties (ob, &) and metallogrphic cvaluation of microstructure of Al-Si alloy, the duration of theincubation period under different technological conditions are determined and the influencingfactors discussed. It is indicated through experimentation that when cooled in metallic moulds,the incubation period of rare carth degeneration in Al-Si eutectic alloy is l to 2 hours. Thehigher the soaking temperature, the shorter the period.
