摘要
多功能电能表在电力系统中应用广泛。介绍了电能计量芯片ATT7022b的功能,以其为核心提出了三相多功能电能表的硬件结构,红外、RS-485两种通信接口电路,指出硬件设计的关键问题。给出软件主程序结构图,提供基于DL/T-645通信规约的信息帧接收流程,以及电能计量算法、最大需量算法、数字校表方法,提供实用的设计参考。仪表有功、无功精度优于0.5S级、1.0级,通过型式试验,获得计量器具生产许可证。
Multi-function meter is widely used in power system. The power measure chip, ATT7022b was introduced, based on which a hardware of 3-phase multi-function meter and two communication interface of infrared and RS-485 as well as keys of hardware were provided. The main program and the flow of receiving frame based on DL/T - 645 protocol were put forward, the algorithms of calculation of energy and the maxim demand, digital calibration and the applicable reference for implementation were brought up. The precision of active and reactive power is prior to 0. 5 s and 1.0 s, which is up to model criterion and is awarded of license of CMC.
