摘要 针对目前厂商及客户对电能表低成本,智能化,稳定可靠的需求,设计了一款基于TDK71M6521的单芯片智能型多功能单相电子式电能表,介绍了该智能型电能表的系统组成及工作原理,阐述了信号调理、计量与信息处理、电源、通信接口以及液晶显示等主要电路设计,并给出了系统软件流程;提出了电能表的纯软件误差校准方法,并列出测试数据;实际应用与检验证明,该单芯片方案的电子式智能电能表成本低,运行可靠,功能齐全,可防窃电,达到了IEC62053-22中规定的性能要求和有功0.5s级准确度要求。 A single--chip intelligent, multi--function single--phase energy meter based on TDK71M6521 is designed to satisfy the demand of the manufacturers and customers for low-cost, intelligent, reliable and stable energy meter. The composition, working principle, main circuits design and software structure of the system are presented. The calibration method of error is described and the experimental data is listed. The system has already been applied in practice. It is full compliance with national design standards of IEC62053--22 and the active energy error met the accuracy requirments of class 0. 5S. Test results shows that the energy meter is fully functional, accurate, low cost, stable and reliable.
