摘要
大学英语教学通过教学思想、教学模式和评价体系三个方面的调整和改革,逐步建立适应时代需要的个性化、多样化、立体化的教学体系。大学英语教学的深刻变革给传统的教学模式及传统教学中的教师角色带来了巨大的冲击和挑战。教师由传统教学中知识的灌输者转变成了学生学习过程中的组织者、帮助者、促进者。
The dramatic reform of College - English course Ires brought great impacts and challenges to the traditional teaching model and the teacher' s role. With the development of education theory and the deepening of reform of China' s College - English course, the transfer of teacher's role becomes the critical factor to initiative of teaching. Thus, a successful change of the teacher's role will ensure the success of this teaching reform and desirable teaching result.
