摘要
随着现代工业文明的发展,全球环境遭受到严重的破坏,工业文明社会理念与发展方式已难以为继,我国作为一个负责任的社会主义大国,在此历史发展的关键时刻提出了建设生态文明。作为一种新型的文明形态,生态文明是对工业文明进行反思的结果,是比工业文明更进步、更高级的人类文明形态,它表征着人与自然相互关系的进步状态。我国政府在新时期职能如何定位,是关系到社会主义生态文明建设能否成功的关键。本文着重分析了生态文明建设中政府在经济发展、政治文明建设、生态文化建设、环境治理等方面的职能。
With the development of modem industrial civilization, the ecological environment of the whole world encountered severe damage. The old idea and developing style of industrial civilization society can never go on. The government of China, as a big responsible socialism country, put forward building socialism ecological civilization in such a crucial era. As a new form of civilization, ecological civilization is the product resulting from the contemplation of industrial civilization. It is a higher form of civilization than industrial civilization, manifesting a harmonious relation between the human and the nature. What the government should do and how to do, is a key knot to the success of the construction of socialism ecological civilization. This article mainly analyses government＇ s function in such fields as the development of economy, the construction of ecological culture and political civilization, and environmental tackling in the process of building ecological civilization.
