摘要
对黑龙江与部分发达地区的科技型中小企业自主创新模式进行简要比较,并着重从目标定位、系统结构、运行机制、政府作用等方面进行探讨,找出黑龙江省科技型中小企业自主创新模式的优势和不足,吸收发达地区科技型中小企业自主创新模式方面的长处,进一步提高黑龙江省科技型中小企业自主创新能力。
This paper briefly compares the independent innovation pattern of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology type between Heilongjiang and developed areas,which carries on the discussion from the aspects of target location,pattern structure,operation machanism, government function emphatically. It finds out the advantages and disadvantages of independent innovation pattern of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology type in Heilongjiang province and absorbs the advantages of independent innovation patterns of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology type in developed areas,which benefits improving the ability of independent innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises of science and technology type in Heilongjiang province.
