摘要
从创新组织要素结构出发,将区域创新体系模式划分为研究开发主导型、企业(产业)主导型、投资主导型三种类型,并分别探讨了这三种模式的结构与实施过程、特征及成功案例。
According to the organization structure of the innovative elements, regional innovation system model can be divided into three types： research and development-oriented, enterprise-oriented, investment-oriented. This paper focuses on three models of the structure and implementation process, characteristics and the successful eases.
