摘要
建立一套用电导率法在线跟踪测定过饱和铝酸钠溶液初级成核诱导期的实验装置,将诱导期与经典的初级成核理论相结合,对涉及溶液初级成核过程的多种性质进行了定量研究,包括初级成核自由能,临界晶核粒度,临界成核分子数和固液界面张力等。实验结果表明,该套仪器具有很高的灵敏度,能方便准确地测定诱导期初级成核诱导期,T=323K时,对于饱和度S=3.8~4.8的铝酸钠溶液,得到的结果:△Ce=1.3×10^-19J,rc=1.1~1.3nm,γ=25.6mJ/m^2,Nc=3~8,与有关的文献报道相一致。
A set of experimental apparatus was established to study the induction period of supersaturated sodium aluminate solution primary nucleation by conductivity. The induction period was combined with the classical theory of nucleation, through which many important properties involved in the solution primary nucleation could be quantitatively studied, including critical nucleation free energy, size and molecular number of critical nucleus, interracial tension between solid and liquid, etal. The experiment indicated that this is a very good apparatus to study supersaturated sodium aluminate solution primary nucleation. In practice, when supersaturation S=5~10, △Gc= 1.3 × 10^-19J, rc=1. 1~1.3 nm, T=25.6 mJ/m^2 , Nc=3~8, which are consistent with that reported by relevant references.
