摘要
目的:观察牛磺酸对一次性力竭运动大鼠肝组织氧化损伤作用及其超微结构损伤的保护作用。方法:将30只2月龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组(A组),一次性力竭运动组(B组),一次性力竭运动+牛磺酸干预组(C组),运动后测量肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,同时观察肝组织超微结构的变化。结果显示:C组大鼠运动时间明显延长,(p<0.01),运动后即刻SOD活性,GSH-PX活性明显提高(p<0.05);B组MDA含量明显增加(p<0.05),超微结构显示,力竭运动导致肝细胞内线粒体明显减少,内质网明显断裂,细胞空化,细胞膜,核膜结构破损。结论:牛磺酸可提高大鼠的运动能力,具有抗疲劳作用;具有抗氧化损伤的作用;可有效保护肝组织结构及其超微结构的损伤。
Objective : Observe the protective effect of sulfuric acid on rat liver oxidation and extra - micro structure injury after one - time exhaustion exercises. Methods: 30 male SD rats of 2 months old are randomly divided into 3 groups, the control group ( Group A), the one - time exhaustion exercise group ( Group B), and the one - time exhaustion exercise plus sulfuric acid intervention group (Group C). Liver MDA content, SOD living quality, and GSH -PX living quality are measured after the exhaustion exercise and the extra - micro structural change is also observed. Resuits : The exercising time in Group C is obviously prolonged ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the SOD and GSH - PX living quality after the exhaustion exercise are markedly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). the MDA content in Group B is obviously increased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The extra - micro structure indicates that exhaustion exercise leads to the marked decrease in linear particles in liver ceils, marked CGN fracture, cell emptiness and damage of cell membrane and nucleus membrane. Conclusion: Sulfuric acid can increase the exercising ability of rats. It has the anti - exhaustion and anti - oxidation effect and can effectively prevent injuries in the liver tissue and its extra -micro structure.
