摘要
基本原则在法的结构体系中处于核心地位,起着最根本的指导作用。在分析确立我国自然资源法基本原则紧迫性的基础上,提出了以实现自然资源可持续发展为目标的自然资源法基本原则体系的构想。
The basic principle plays the most basic guidance function in the structural system of the law. On the basis of analyzing the urgency of the law of natural resources of our country, this article has put forward the idea of the basic principle system of natural resources law of realizing the sustainable development of natural resources as the goal.
