摘要
以银屑病的三个基本中医证候(血热证、血燥证和血瘀证)为基础,通过观察不同证型在细胞,因子,血液流变学等微观指标的区别,及相应方剂对这些微观指标的影响,发现了一些对证候的诊断或对不同证候的鉴别诊断有价值的微观指标,并发现中医药治疗疾病的作用靶点,将为我们更为精准地辨证论治,遣方用药提供依据。
On the basis of three basic syndrome（blood-heat syndrome, blood-dryness syndrome, bloodstasis syndrome） of psoriasis, through observing the difference of different patterns of syndrome in micro-targets, such as in cell, factors, haemorheology; and the effects of relative prescriptions on these targets, we found some valuable micro-targets for diagnosis of different syndrome, and also found effective targets that traditional Chinese medicine treated disease, all that supplied evidences for accurate syndrome differentiation and drugs use.
