摘要
本文研究了聚对氯苯胺膜修饰电极的制作和特性,以及作为PH传感器的响应机理。该电极和参比电极插入家兔体液中能测定血乳酸的变化,结果令人满意。
This paper states the preparation and property of the poly(p-chloro-aniline) film chemically modified electrode. The response mechanism of this electrode served as pH sensor has been discussed. USing the modified and reference electrode inserted in rabbit's body liquids the changes of blood lactic acid can be determined and the results are good.
