摘要
目的:探讨应用自行设计制作患者转运单前后手术科室医护人员损伤情况及患者家属使用满意度。方法:采用调查问卷,分别对未使用转运单的7343例手术中及使用转运单的8445例手术中,手术科室医务人员腰部及肢体肌肉损伤情况进行调查;同时对100例需进行2次以上辅助检查患者家属,在使用患者转运单前后的方便程度方面进行调查。结果:使用自行设计制作的患者转运单前,手术科室医护人员发生腰部及肢体肌肉损伤87人次,其中重度损伤5人次,轻度损伤82人次;而使用转运单后,未发生损伤;转运单使用前后手术科室医护人员腰部及肢体肌肉损伤情况比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。在对患者家属使用转运单方便程度的调查问卷中得到满意答复。结论:自行设计制作的患者转运单是手术患者和危重患者较为理想的搬运和辅助检查工具,可有效避免医护人员腰部及肢体肌肉损伤,在患者行特殊检查时给患者家属带来便利,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the situation on the injury of doctors and nurses in the waist and limbs in operation room and satisfactory degree of family members of patients who were conveyed by transiting sheet. Methods ： Investigation was made by questionnaire on the situation of the injury of doctors and nurses in the waist and limbs in operation room in 7343 operation cases without using transiting sheet and 8445 cases with transiting sheet, and the investigation was also made on 100 family members about the convenience of using transiting sheet for patients who received supplement exam more than 2 times. Results： Before using transiting sheet, 87 doctors and nurses in the operation room suffered from injury in the waist and limbs, 5 of them had severe injury and 82 had mild injury. But there were no incidence of injury after using transiting sheet. The significant differences were found in the comparison of injury before and after using transiting sheet （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The satisfactory degree of family members was confirmed by the resuhs of questionnaire. Conclusion： Self - designed transiting sheet is testified as one of ideal conveying tools which can effectively avoid injury of doctors and nurses and bring convenience to family members when the patients need more examinations.
