摘要
目的 探讨糜烂型扁平苔癣 (Ulterate lichenplanus ,ULP)的治疗方法。方法 应用醋酸强的松龙(PrednisoloneAcetate ,PA)病变区内注射和碘甘油 (iodineglycerin)局部外用治疗糜烂型扁平苔癣 38例 ,并进行疗效观察。结果 38例糜烂型扁平苔癣病人中的 2 5例糜烂面消失 ,8例好转 ,5例无变化。总有效率 86 %。结论 短疗程醋酸强的松龙和碘甘油联合应用治疗糜烂型扁平苔癣治疗方法是安全有效的。近期疗效肯定 ,远期疗效有待进一步观察。
Objective To explore the treatment method of ulterate-lichen planus(ULP). Methods Prednisolone acetate(PA) was injected into the diseased part and iodine glycerin spread on the diseased part to treat 38 case of ULP, and observe its curative effect.Results Among 38 cases 25 cases had been healed,8 cases improved, 5 cases failed. The total effective rate was 86%.Conclusion Short time using PA and iodine glycerin in treatment of ULP is secure and effective. The curative effect is affirm in the near term. The curative effect of long term need furthur observation.
