摘要
本文用反相高效液相色谱法研究了铁、钴,钯-3,5-diBr-PADAT-SLS体系。在pH5.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,七种金属离子可与试剂生成配合物。用Spherisorb 5 ODS柱,含有4.02×10^(-2)mol/L KCl和0.06mol/L pH3.0HAc-NaAc甲醇/乙腈/水(83/0.5/16.5)溶液作为流动相,分离出了Fe^(2+)、Co^(2+)和Pd^(2+)配合物。对分离机理进行了初步研究。建立了铁、钴、钯的同时测定的HPLC-光度法。用于对虾饵料中铁、钴的测定,结果令人满意。
In the HAc-NaAc buffer of pH 5.5, the micellar complexes of seven metal ions can be formed with 3,5-diBr-PADAT and Sodium lauryl sulfate(SLS). The complexes of Fe(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ) and Pd(Ⅱ) were separated by chromatography on a Spherisorb ODS column and using a mixture of MeOH/MeCN/water (83/0.5//16.5) containing 4.02×10^(-2) mol/L KCl and 0.06 mol/L HAc-NaAc bufter (pH 3.0))as a mobile phase. The separation mechanism was investigated. A HPLC-spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of iron, cobalt and palladium has been developed and applied to the determination of iron and cobalt in flshfood with satisfactory results.
