摘要
本文首次提出并应用高效液相色谱法研究增敏型胶束配合物。用反相十八烷基硅烷键合相(ODS)柱和含有TBA^+的CH_3OH/THF/水三元流动相成功地分离了铜、铁、镍、钴的3,5-diBr-PADAP-Trition X-100胶束增敏配合物。对配合物自色谱柱流出的加速作用为THF>CH_3CN>EtOH。TBA^+与配合物的吸引作用为[Co(L)_3]^->[Ni(L)_2]~0~[Fe(L)_3]~0>[Cu(L)]^+。被增敏的配合物转入流动相中仍保持增敏状态。建立了连续测定μg/L级铜等四种元素的HPLC-光度法。
High-performance liquid chromatographic studies of micellar-enhanced complexes were suggested first. The complexes of Cu, Fe, Ni and Co with 3, 5-DiBr-PADAP sensitized with Triton X-100 were successfully separated using a reversed-phase ODS column and CH_3OH -THF-water containing TBA·Br as mobile phase. The progressively increasing effect of some solvents for the flow rates of the complexes was in the order: THF>CH_3CN>EtOH. The attraction of TBA^+ for complexes was in the order: [Co(L)_3]>[Ni(L)_2]~0~[Fe(L)_3]~0 >[Cu(L)]^+. An HPLC-spectrophotometric method for simultaneous determination of Cu. Fe, Ni and Co at μg/L levels has been established.
