摘要
本文从计算机控制的原理分析入手,讨论了计算机实时控制加工误差的时间滞后问题,计算了因时滞产生的残留误差,指出了克服时滞的两种策略,即“离线数据处理-在线控制”策略和“预报控制”策略.
The time delay in real-time computer control of machining errors is discussed on the basis of digital control theory. Two schemes, the off-line-data processing-on-linecontrol and the forecasting control are proposed for overcoming the additional errors due to time delay.
