摘要
本文研究使用单头滚刀加工多头蜗轮副工艺,初步摸清了与用单头滚刀加工出的蜗轮相关共轭的多头蜗杆曲面上各点导程的变化规律,提出用改变相配多头蜗杆导程的方法来扩大相配蜗轮副的接触面积,实现了“双点接触”。
The technology of multi-start worm-gear cutting with a single-start hob is discussed and the variation of lead at each point on the curved surface of a multi-start worm that conjugates with the worm wheel has been found. A method of increasing the contact area of the meshed wormgear by changing the lead on the multi-start worm is suggested and the so-called 'two point contact' is realized.
