机床传动链精化和大型精密蜗轮加工

Enhancing accuracy of kinematic train in machine tools and machining large precision worm wheels

摘要 本文主要阐述用傅里叶谱分析OF-16型滚齿机传动链误差曲线,诊断出误差来源,根据机床传动链的综合运动误差公式,设计出修正装置,使机床的周期误差由6.5″下降到1.2″,累积误差由12″下降到7.5″;使被加工蜗轮精度达到JB162-60标准3级。 By means of Fourier spectrum analysis for kinematic error of hobbing machine model OF-16, the source of error is diagnosed. Based on the formula of kinematic error curve of this machine, a correcting device is designed and applied. The periodic error of machined worm wheel is reduced to 1.2 sec. from 6.5 sec., and the accumulative pitch error is reduced to 7.5 sec. from 12 sec., the accuracy of machined worm wheel is up to grade 3 in JB 162-60.
