摘要
本文给出了一种锻压设备模糊优化设计方法。其基本思路为:在给定了约束的满足度μ(?)某一定值λ后,建立约束满足度μ(?)和目标满意度μ(?)曲线,根据工程实际经验进行模糊判决,兼顾目标和约束两方面的要求,定出满意的方案。文中阐明了方法的基本原理和步骤的并以4000kN摩擦压力机机身设计为例作了说明。
A fuzzy optimum design method for forging equipment is presented. The basic concept of the method consists in the understanding that, when a definite value λ is given to the satisfaction degree μG of constraint, a fuzzy set becomes an ordinary set and a fuzzy optimization problem will be reduced to a classical optimization one. The curves for both the constraint satisfaction degree μG and objective satisfaction degree μA can then be plotted with a series of given λ's. According to the curves and practical experience, a satisfactory design scheme can be worked out with fuzzy decision-making and by considering the requirements of both the objective and the constraint.
