摘要
以车床主轴的外径、跨距及外伸端长度为设计变量 ,以车床主轴的质量最轻为目标函数 ,考虑影响约束条件的种种模糊因素 ,给出了车床主轴的模糊优化设计的数学模型 ,并附有应用示例。示例表明模型是正确的 ,模糊优化是有意义的。
The lathe main spindle's external diameter,span and length of overhanging end are regarded as the design variable in this paper,and the lightest quality of lathe main spindle is regarded as the objective function,and all kinds of fuzzy factor that effects the constraint condition is thought about,and then gives out the fuzzy optimization design's mathematical model of the lathe main spindle and the using example is given out as additional in the end.The instance shows that the model is right and the fuzzy optimization is significant.
