摘要
采用ＳＣＬ－９０症状自评量表对某铁路分局４６７名列车乘务员的心理健康状况进行了分析。结果表明总均分、阳性症状均分、阳性项目数、九组症候群因子分均明显高于对照组，反映列车乘务员心理健康状况比对照组差。各工龄段比较，男性强迫、恐怖、偏执、精神病性因子分高工龄段比低工龄段高，女性强迫因子分高工龄段也比低工龄段高。此外，还对长短途列车乘务员心理健康状况进行了分析，显示无明显差异。
Symptom Check List 90(SLC90) was applied to study the psychological state in 467 train conductors.The results showed that their total mean score,mean scores of positive items,number of positive items and nine factor scores were all significantly higher than those in the control group,indicating their psychological state was worse than controls'. Comparing the groups of different working duration,the compulsion,phobia anxiety,paranoid ideation and psychotism in males and the compulsion in females in the long working duration group were more obvious than in the short working duration group.However,there was no significant difference in the psychological state between the conductors working for short and long distance trains.
