摘要
为探明血清中微量元素急性期的变化是否与颅脑损伤的预后相关．本文检测分析了27倒闭合性颅脑损伤患者伤后24小时至伤后14天血清Zn、Cu的变化；结果显示预后差组较预后好组相比，血清Zn有明显降低，血清Cu有明显升高（P＜0．05）．本文认为，颅脑损伤急性期血清Zu、Cu的变化可作为其预后预测的指标．
To determine whether changes in serum trace el ement levels were related to prognosisfollowing head injuries during acute phase. Serum zinc and copper levels were detected and analysedamong 27 head-injnred patients extending from the 24th hour to the 14th day postinjury. Theexperimental results showed that serum zinc level was lower in poorly-recovered group than in well-recovered group while serum copper level was higher (P<0.05).We concluded that change of serum zincor copper level during acute phase may serve as the prognostic indicator in head-injured patient.
