摘要
目的:通过对小儿输尿管异位开口患儿实施整体护理,减轻患儿心理负担,减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。方法:患儿入院后,由主管护士对患儿的情况作全面评估,制订出具体护理计划,并督促其他护士一起实施。结果:本组8例患儿,住院期间没有出现因护理不当而发生的并发症。结论:加强对小儿输尿管异位开口的术前心理疏导和术后护理是提高手术成功率的重要措施之一。
Objective： Passed using holistic nursing for children with ectopic ureter, reduced children patients＇ mental burden,decreased the occur of complications and improved the successful rare of operation. Methed：After children hospitalize assessed children＇s situations, made a concrete plan and urged other nurse implementing plan all together. Result ：There was no complicantions because of bed nursing during inhoapital. Conclusion ： It is one of important measures to improve operation successful rate that enhance mental nursing preoperation and postoperation.
