摘要
中国企业在境外承揽工程项目最常用的模式是工程总承包即EPC。要保障EPC工程项目的有序高效运作,必须搞好人、财、物及信息等四个方面的管理工作,使之合理、有序流动;全面了解工程项目所在国家的相关法律法规并灵活运用,在法律允许的范围内最大限度地保障承包商的利益。
This paper takes the EPC project of a certain petroleum engineering in Algeria as an example and sumrnarizes the characteristics and notices of EPC project management in foreign engineering from four respects including people, wealth, material and information.
