HPV16/18阳性的宫颈尖锐湿疣及癌前病变组织中NF-κBp50和P16^INK4A蛋白表达分析 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨NF-κBp50和P16INK4A在HPV16/18型宫颈尖锐湿疣(condylomata acuminate CA)和宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelinal neoplasin CIN)组织中的表达及意义。[方法]应用免疫组织化学LDP法对21例宫颈CA、34例宫颈CIN进行NF-κBp50和P16INK4A表达分析。[结果]NF-κBp50在CA组织中阳性表达于细胞浆,在CIN组织中阳性表达于细胞核,NF-κBp50在CA、CINⅠ、CINⅡ3组间阳性表达强度有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),P16INK4A在CA组织中阳性表达于细胞核,在CIN阳性表达于细胞核与细胞浆,P16INK4A在CA、CINⅠ、CINⅡ3组间阳性表达强度有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]HPV16/18阳性CA向CIN转化可能与P16INK4A和NF-κBp50蛋白过渡表达有关;其联合检测可作为辅助诊断CIN的标志物。 [ Objective] To evaluate the significance of NF-κBp50 and P16^INK4A protein expression in the condyloma acuminatum (CA) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). [Methods] 21 cases ca and 34 cases CIN tissue were detected the expression of P16P16^INK4A and NF-κBp50 by immunohistochemical analysis (LDP). [ Results] By using immunohistochemical analysis, NF-κBp50 protein expression in CA was mainly localized in cytosol, NF-κBp50 protein expression in CIN was mainly localized in nucleus. NF-κBp50 protein expression in CA, CIN Ⅰ and CIN Ⅱ was different (P〈 0.05). P16^ INK4A protein expression in CA was mainly localzed in nucleus. P16^INK4A protein expression in CIN was mainly localized in nucleus and cytosol. P16^INK4A protein expression in CA, CIN Ⅰ and CIN Ⅱwas different (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The conversion of HPV16/18 positive CA to CIN is correlated with P16^INK4A and NF-kappa Bp50 protein high expression. Their combined detection can be used as the auxiliary diagnostic markers of CIN Key words:
