摘要
[目的]了解广州市大学生对生殖健康问题的知识、态度、行为和需求。[方法]采用随机整群抽样的方法对广州市暨南大学在校大一到大五的1513名本科生进行现况调查。[结果]大学生掌握一定的生殖健康知识,但不全面。大学生的性观念比较开放,绝大多数人对婚前性行为持赞同态度。19.5%的学生已经有过性经历,男生的比例高于女生,外招生高于内招生。首次性行为的对象75.4%是恋人。只有27.1%个体在每次性行为时都采取避孕措施,个别大学生存在多个性伙伴。大学生希望在学校中设立青春期卫生咨询门诊。性心理、性生理、安全性行为、避孕以及性病的预防是同学们最想学习的生殖健康内容。[结论]在大学中加强生殖健康教育,提供适宜的门诊服务,促进大学生身心健康。
[Objectives] To understand the knowledge, attitude, behavior and requirement of reproductive health of undergraduates in Guangzhou City. [Methods] 1 513 undergraduates from grade one to grade five in Jinan University were surveyed by random cluster sampling. [ Results] The undergraduates grasped some knowledge about reproductive health, but not extensive. In general, the sex concepts were open, and the majority of undergraduates approved the premarital sex behavior. The 19.5 percentage of subjects had the sexual experience, in which male students were more than female, and the foreign students more than domestic. 75.4% had their first sexual behavior w4th boy or girl friends： Only 27.1% used contraception each time. Some individuals had multiple sexual partners. The undergraduates hoped that adolescence clinic could be set up in university. They need the following knowledge, including psycho-sexual, physio-sexuali safe sexual behavior, contraception and venereal disease prevention. [Conclusion] The reproduction health education should be strengthened, and the eligible clinical service should be offered in order to improve the health of undergraduates.
