摘要 脓毒症并循环障碍称感染性休克,是儿科常见危重症,国内外诊断标准不尽相同。为达到早发现、早治疗的目的,国内将感染性休克分为代偿期(早期)和失代偿期(晚期)。感染性休克治疗包括快速液体复苏;合理使用血管活性药物(首选多巴胺);尽快使用抗生素;选择性使用肾上腺皮质激素,并主张小剂量、中疗程;纠正血凝障碍、机械通气、支持疗法等。
