严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克治疗新进展 被引量：3

摘要 严重脓毒症（Severesepsis）、脓毒性休克（Septicshock）及脓毒症相关性脏器功能障碍是引起重症监护病房（ICU）患者死亡的最常见原因。脓毒症源于感染，表现为全身炎性反应综合征；严重脓毒症发展为组织低灌注和脏器功能障碍。脓毒性休克时充分的液体复苏后仍存在低血压或者应用血管活性药物维持血压。早期启动严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克的规范化治疗能明确降低病死率。本文就严重脓毒症、脓毒性休克的治疗进展进行系统性阐述。
