摘要
本文使用自制的电化学发光仪对硫酸双肼酞嗪(DHDS)的电化学发光行为进行了研究,发现在KOH-KCl(pH12.5)介质中,当有H_2O_2存在时,于Pt-Pt电极上施加+1.5V(vs.SCE)的矩形脉冲,可观察到DHDS的发光现象。发光强度与DHDS的浓度在2.0×10^(-4)%~7.5×10^(-3)%范围内呈线性关系,方法的检测限为2.5×10^(-5)%。研究了DHDS的发光机理并应用本方法测定了某些降血压药中DHDS的含量。
The electrochemiluminescence of dihydralazine sulfate(DHDS) in the presence of peroxide hydrogen has been studied using rapid alternate positive rectangular electrical pulse. Trace of DHDS are shown to change the proportion of the light emitted during the positive pulse in KOH-KCl(pH12.5). The range of the linear relationship between light intensity and concentration of DHDS is 2.0×10^(-4)%-7.5×10^(-3)%.The mechanism of the eletrochemiluminescence of DHDS is discussed and the method is applied to detect the content of DHDS in tablets.
